Dallas

I'm in Dallas rehearsing Malatesta in Don Pasquale and am very exited to see their new theater tomorrow. The Windspear Theater is supposed to be absolutely beautiful. Dallas Opera seems to be doing so well these days, and I'm very happy for them. It's tough with this economy to continue to be optimistic and to invest in new theaters and new pieces so those here in Dallas should be very proud of themselves. Later this afternoon I'll be able to meet some of these supporters of the opera at a "round table" discussion. I'm looking forward to it.

Now, if only the Chicago weather would leave the area everything would be perfect :)
