Nathan Gunn Joins Sir Simon Rattle for Wonderful Town at Barbican Hall

Celebrating the Bernstein centenary, Nathan travels to London to sing two concert performances of Wonderful Town at Barbican Hall on December 16 & December 21.

A love letter to New York City, Leonard Bernstein’s Wonderful Town celebrates the dream of making it in the big city. Nathan, singing the role of Bob Baker, is joined by Danielle de Niese (Eileen) and Alysha Umphress (Ruth) as two sisters looking to make a new start in New York City after leaving small town Ohio. A colorful and swinging portrait of the Big Apple with five Tony Awards to its name, Bernstein’s Wonderful Town is a classic of American musical theater.
