Flying Solo “Soars” at San Diego Repertory Theatre

15 Jun 2018

Following its successful world premiere at Laguna Beach Playhouse, Flying Solo once again wowed critics throughout its recent run at San Diego Repertory Theatre.

Writing for the San Diego Union-Tribune, critic James Hebert proclaims Flying Solo “a gracefully paced, music-filled saga of a fascinating life” and critic Elizabeth Marie Himchak calls the performance “a musical treat.”

E.H. Reiter of Broadway World San Diego writes,

There is a reason Gunn is one of the world’s best baritones- his voice is superb. No matter the song his voice is gorgeous, with a warm and rich tone complimented by his characterization. His energy and precision ring out as clearly as the emotion behind the words.
